Novelingo is a tech startup built around a simple yet disruptive idea: what if learning could be as engaging as playing a game?
This vision led to the creation of Novelingo Studio, an AI-assisted no-code platform that enables users to create educational video games in a matter of minutes by combining audiovisual storytelling, game mechanics and advanced analytics. In doing so, corporate and cultural training becomes a more engaging, measurable and effective experience for organisations.
In this context, the challenge was to support the launch of a new digital product with a strong value proposition, a clear identity and a digital ecosystem designed to strengthen brand awareness, enhance reputation and generate visibility, qualified interest and demo requests from day one.
02/THE CHALLENGE
The launch of Novelingo Studio required a proposal capable of strengthening brand awareness and reputation from the very beginning. To achieve this, it was essential to build a solid foundation that could clearly explain what the product is, what need it addresses and why it is relevant compared with other options.
Before developing the launch materials, the central idea had to be defined. The first challenge was to create a distinctive campaign concept, strong enough to bring coherence to the project and ensure that every piece communicated with one voice. Without this strategic thread, the final result risked being correct, but generic.
From there, the challenge involved several areas: transferring that concept to a landing page designed as the central asset of the launch, activating visibility from the outset through a combined SEO and SEM strategy, and developing the necessary communication materials — including a presentation video, social media guidelines and press materials — to boost visibility and ensure consistency across every touchpoint.
03/THE SOLUTION
At Nóvalo, we proposed an end-to-end service to support the launch of Novelingo Studio and help bring the product to market.
We began by creating the campaign concept: an idea developed from scratch based on the product’s purpose, target audience and desired market positioning. This concept became both a creative and strategic benchmark for the decisions that followed, as well as a way to assess each launch asset.
At the same time, we worked on defining a strategic approach and a distinctive narrative that would present the product clearly, relevantly and in line with its business objectives. On this basis, we developed a coherent verbal and visual identity capable of supporting the launch across all channels and materials.
One of the most important assets in the project was the website launch, conceived as the central element of the digital ecosystem. We designed and developed a conversion-focused landing page created to explain the value proposition clearly, convey credibility and support the generation of qualified leads and demo requests. The goal was not simply to “have an online presence”, but to build an effective commercial tool from day one.
Alongside this, we strengthened the launch’s visibility through an SEO and SEM strategy. On the one hand, we laid the foundations for organic positioning through specific work on structure, content and optimisation. On the other, we supported lead generation through paid campaigns to increase the project’s reach and attract relevant traffic at a decisive stage for a startup entering the market.
The project was completed with the development of a presentation video: a strategic asset designed to explain the product in a visual, dynamic and engaging way, reinforce the brand message and support dissemination across different environments and channels. We also produced social media guidelines and a press release to bring coherence to the launch communication, strengthen visibility and facilitate distribution across different channels.
04/THE OUTCOME
Following the project, Novelingo Studio strengthened its brand awareness and presence within the technology ecosystem. The work carried out established a solid strategic foundation for the launch, enhanced the brand’s reputation and provided key tools to communicate its value consistently from day one.
The campaign concept acts as the common thread running through all communication: the creative idea that gives the project character, not just form. The website has become a commercial tool for presenting the product and capturing opportunities, while the video provides a high-value resource for showcasing the proposal in a visual and engaging way. The SEO and SEM work contributes to improving visibility in both the medium and short term, combining organic positioning with qualified acquisition.
