Comprehensive branding, website and international SEO project
01/The client
Kubiko Playgrounds was founded with the ambition of transforming play spaces into stimulating, durable and safe environments. However, the brand needed to clearly define who it was, how it presented itself, and the space it wanted to occupy in an increasingly competitive market that demanded personality, clarity and a solid value proposition.
Although Kubiko Playgrounds had been delivering solutions for urban and commercial environments for years, the company wanted to take a step further. It aimed to move beyond the perception of being a niche-focused business and consolidate its position as a strategic partner, with the potential for national and international expansion, capable of delivering value across a wide range of sectors and audiences.
This strategic shift required its own language: a strong, coherent brand with a recognisable identity and a scalable, attractive and consistent digital presence.
02/The challenge
Kubiko Playgrounds needed to evolve towards a more contemporary image aligned with its growth strategy. The challenge was not to create a brand from scratch, but to transform and refine the existing one: redefining its visual universe, updating its narrative, strengthening its verbal identity and building a robust digital ecosystem capable of supporting this new phase.
- A visual identity in full evolution
The brand required a solid, contemporary and flexible visual system that was easy to apply across all channels. It needed to convey innovation, proximity and technical rigour, while working equally well in public tenders and private proposals, in stationery and digital environments, in static formats and animated content.
- The urgency of a more advanced website
Kubiko Playgrounds also needed a well-structured, mobile-first website with a clear local and international SEO focus. The new site had to reflect the renewed visual and verbal identity and be prepared for a multilingual environment: scalable, adaptable and aligned with the company’s internationalisation strategy.
- Digital visibility from day one
The project included a digital visibility strategy based on keyword research in Spanish, the definition of an SEO and geo-targeting strategy for different markets, and the optimisation of website content. This was combined with advanced technical SEO and digital authority actions, with the goal of positioning a brand that had little prior presence in the digital ecosystem.
- Powerful staging
The launch needed to be memorable. It involved a carefully crafted graphic campaign, press appearances, strategically positioned articles for search engines, audiovisual assets to reinforce the strength of the new brand, and multi-channel advertising campaigns to amplify visibility.
03/The solution

Branding
We began with an in-depth analysis of the brand and its context to redefine its personality, purpose and positioning. On this basis, we developed a renewed visual identity: a coherent and flexible graphic system supported by a distinctive verbal tone that reinforced its close, creative and technical character. This new identity was applied across the first corporate assets, including the social media kit and the brand manual.
Website ecosystem
We then translated this renewed identity into the digital environment through the design and development of the Kubiko Playgrounds website. The project included a clear information architecture, UX/UI design aligned with the new brand, and a scalable platform prepared for multilingual growth, international adaptation and technical and content optimisation. The result was a solid, consistent digital platform fully aligned with the project’s strategic objectives.
Digital marketing & strategy
At the same time, we acted as a strategic partner, working closely with the client to define marketing priorities, conduct competitive analysis and develop a comprehensive digital strategy. This included a complete SEO plan at both local and international levels, covering keyword research, content optimisation and digital authority building. Ongoing monitoring and optimisation continue to support brand positioning and visibility.
Social media & launch
To ensure a coherent brand presence across channels, we developed the social media style guide and brand territory, defined the initial content strategy and managed the brand’s profiles during the first months. The project culminated in a multi-channel launch combining design, storytelling and digital activation to introduce the new Kubiko Playgrounds as a strong, cohesive brand ready to enter new markets.
04/THE OUTCOME
Following the project, Kubiko Playgrounds emerged as a clearer, more recognisable and easily deployable brand across all channels. The rebranding and renewed visual and verbal identity provided a strong narrative and a solid graphic system, resulting in more coherent presentations, better-structured commercial proposals and a more compelling way of communicating its value within the sector.
At the same time, the definition of the brand architecture reinforced its market positioning, establishing Kubiko Playgrounds as a specialised line focused on parks and play spaces, with a clear and recognisable identity.
The new website and the associated SEO strategy significantly improved the brand’s digital presence and visibility. Today, Kubiko Playgrounds is positioned as a specialised option aligned with its core values of design, safety and innovation. The social media strategy also helped unify the brand’s voice and create a closer, more consistent relationship with its different audiences.
